Collin Street Bakery accepts orders from all over the world. Our international numbers are listed on the left side of the page. You can order over the internet, by phone or by fax. Look for product pages with 'International Delivery Available'. Most of our Pecan Cakes are available for international sale.
ordering and shipping confirmations
After ordering, you will receive two email confirmations from Collin Street Bakery. First, we will confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. Then, you will be notified when your order ships. If you do not receive an email please contact our customer service group.
multiple ship to addresses
Use our multiple ship-to capability to send gifts to different addresses, whether you're sending the same gift to everybody or different gifts to each address. Collin Street Bakery has enhanced this service so that you can take care of all your gift giving in a single checkout. Look for it on the Checkout page.
how to order
We strive to make ordering at Collin Street Bakery as quick and easy as possible. You've browsed our bakery selections to find the perfect gift for yourself or someone else. Checkout is even easier. When you've found your gift, click on the item name or image and follow the instructions below:
1) Enter product information
You are now on the product information page. Here, you can choose the quantity and, if relevant, the color, size and other attributes of the gift. When you are finished entering, click the Add to Bag button. If the item is on back order, this is when you will be alerted as to its anticipated availability.
2) Review order
You are now on the Shopping Bag page. Here, you can review all the items you have placed in your bag and information about each item. You can make some changes to your order here, including gift box selection (Y/N) and quantity for individual items or remove an item from your bag. (If you make any changes to your order, click the Recalculate button at the bottom of the page to see your revised total.) If you wish to continue shopping, click the Continue Shopping button. If you are finished selecting items, click the Checkout button.
3) Log in
You are now on the Login page. Collin Street Bakery uses passwords to provide secure transactions for its customers. If you are a registered customer, enter your email address and password and click Submit. If you are a new customer, please register now. If you need assistance, please contact Customer Service toll-free at 1-800-353-7437.
4) Check out
You are now on the Checkout page. Here, you will be asked to enter your billing information, any promotion codes, shipping method and gift information. If you're a registered Collin Street Bakery customer, some of this information will appear automatically. Again, you can choose to continue shopping by clicking the Continue Shopping button, or finish your checkout by clicking the Checkout button. We will automatically validate your address information against the United States Postal Service database to prevent delivery delays. If our system suspects an error, you will be prompted to correct the information.
5) Process order
You are now on the Order Summary page. Here, you can review your total order for accuracy and make any last-minute changes. This is also your last chance to cancel your order before we process the charges. The last step is entering your credit card information and gift certificate codes. When you are finished, click Process Order.
6) Confirm your order
You are now on the Order Confirmation page. This page gives you a summary of the order, including your order number. You can now track the status of your order, if you are a registered customer, through the My Account section.
gift certificates
Collin Street Bakery gift certificates are available in many denominations and will not be taxed. Gift certificates are shipped via USPS First Class only.
promotion codes
Collin Street Bakery promotion codes are redeemed during the order process on the shopping bag page. Simply enter your promotion or source code, and when you're finished, move on to the checkout section. Your promotional discount will be factored into your order in Step 2 and will be reflected in your order summary. By the way, special promotions are just one of the benefits you get when you register at Collin Street Bakery.
