Frankie V was making a batch of Orange Label Hot Sauce and found himself ​with leftover organic white vinegar and habanero peppers. Inspired he chopped the peppers and let them marinate in the vinegar for 24+ hours, strained the mixture in a fine sieve and tasted. Once again Frankie V created a fabulous and versatile product!


Excellent as a vinaigrette with honey, fresh herns and canola or sunflower oil; marinate fish and shrimp and as a finishing touch to soups and stews. Ideal for pickling onions, cucumbers, carrots, green beans, asparagus... any vegetable!
